Meet Justine Scott, our dedicated Investigations Manager at Safeguarding Services. As a former Victoria Police Officer, and Senior Investigator in other Government regulatory bodies, her professional journey spans three decades of investigative experience. Justine brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to our team.

Justine’s passion for safeguarding children and vulnerable people is evident with her extensive experience in the Victoria Police Sexual Offences and Child Investigation Units, Community Liaison and Event Management in the aged care sector, and as a Senior Investigator at the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

With specialist skills and vast experience in interviewing children and vulnerable people, and substantial experience in conduct Reportable Conduct Scheme and Client Incident Management System (CIMS) investigations, Justine consistently delivers excellent results for our clients.

Justine’s commitment to the community extends beyond her professional role. She has volunteered with various organisations, focusing on health, fitness, education, and mentorship. Her community involvement reflects her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
