He is accomplished in undertaking highly sensitive, secret and complex investigations in the criminal, civil and canon law arenas and has many years of experience in the investigative interviewing of primary and secondary age school children and vulnerable adults.

Simon holds a Graduate Certificate in Education (Safeguarding Children & Young People), a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology), a Diploma of Engineering (Security Technology), a Diploma of Policing, a Diploma of Security & Risk Management, a Diploma of Government (Investigation) and a Certificate III in Investigative Services.
Mary Mansell
As a former Victoria Police Detective Sergeant, Mary is a highly accomplished investigator with over 30 years of investigative experience. She is experienced in undertaking highly sensitive and complex investigations in the criminal and civil law arenas and has many years of experience in the investigative interviewing of primary and secondary age school children and vulnerable adults.
Mary’s highly recognised investigative expertise spans: reportable conduct, grooming, sexual assault, professional misconduct, corruption, fraud, bullying, bribery, corruption, WorkCover, general insurance and Transport Accident Commission investigations.
Mary holds an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Police Investigation), a Certificate IV Government Investigation and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
Tayla Amiguet
With a background in psychology, Tayla is passionate about delivering the best evidence-based practices to assist children’s wellbeing and mental health. Tayla is a young and dynamic team player and has undertaken two internships with Victoria Police Prosecutions Unit, where she has gained experience in both criminal and civil proceedings. Tayla holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Criminology) from University of Melbourne and a Certificate III in Investigative Services.
