About Cade

At Safeguarding Services, Cade conducts detailed and methodical investigations into allegations of misconduct, child safety concerns and organisational compliance issues.

His work supports clients to make fair, evidence-based decisions that strengthen safety and accountability.

Cade brings a strong foundation in investigative practice, surveillance and compliance to his role. Prior to joining Safeguarding Services, he worked as a Surveillance Operator at Crown Casino Melbourne, where he led live monitoring operations, investigated suspected illegal activity and liaised closely with law enforcement agencies.
