Rebuilding Safeguarding Governance in a Religious Organisation
Safeguarding Services worked with a national religious order to review its professional standards framework and complaint management system. We redesigned policy documents, trained leaders and established an external complaint pathway. The project strengthened the organisation’s ability to manage risk, comply with legislation and rebuild trust with its community.
